Homemade Caramel Irish Cream

Need something easy, unique, delicious, and just a little bit boozy for your holiday festivities?   Here’s your answer, with our new version of Bailey’s Irish Cream:

Prep Time: 15 minutes. Yield: 1/2 gallon.

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

3 cups Irish whiskey

8 oz (1 jar) Original Goat’s Milk Caramel

14 oz sweetened condensed milk

¼  cup chocolate syrup

2 tsp instant coffee

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp almond extract

Directions:

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. Bring to your holiday gathering and serve over ice or on its own. Cheers!
