Sweet Potato Spicy Goat Cheese Bites

Ft. Butterfly Bakery of Vermont Rum Barrel Fermented Smoked Jalapeno Hot Sauce & Vermont Creamery Goat Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Slice sweet potato into 1/4 inch rounds and drizzle with olive oil
  • Arrange on parchment lined sheet tray
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Roast for 15-20 minutes or until the edges begin to brown
  • In a separate bowl, combine 1 package of Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese with 2 tbs -1/3 bottle of Rum Barrel Fermented Smoked Jalapeno Hot Sauce (the amount you put will depend on how spicy you want them)
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Scoop 1 tsp of goat cheese mixture onto each round
  • Garnish with toasted almonds and dried cranberries
