Smoked Onion Hot Sauce started as a one off batch flavor. Then folks wanted another batch. And another. It was around the fourth "one off batch" that we realized that maple wood smoked onions and Vermont grown chili peppers makes for some fabulous hot sauce. 🔥🔥🔥
Ingredients: Vermont grown red jalapenos or serranos, organic white vinegar, maple wood smoked Vermont onions, salt
Volume: 5 oz (148ml)
Shelf life: This is a product with no expiration date, but if you need to have one, take the first two digits of the batch number (the pepper growing year) and add 2005. December 31 of that year is the expiration date for a given bottle of hot sauce.
